This Refund Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (DEFAULT POLICY)

Due to the nature of limited-run drops, limited inventory, and hygiene standards related to apparel, all sales are final.

This means:

  • No refunds

  • No cancellations

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

Please ensure all details (size, color, shipping address) are correct before placing your order.


2. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if:

  • They arrive defective,

  • Damaged, or

  • You received the incorrect item.

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at:

Include:

  1. Order number

  2. Full name

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide further instructions.
We do not accept exchanges for wrong size selections, buyer's remorse, or subjective preferences.


3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will either:

  • Replace the item,

  • Issue store credit, or

  • Refund the order (if no replacement is available).

Items damaged due to improper care, wear & tear, or misuse are not eligible.


4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TRENCH DEPT. LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as "delivered"

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect address entry by the customer

Once an item is delivered to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, contact us — we will help file a claim with the carrier.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

In cases where an exchange is approved (for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide you with instructions.

Depending on the situation:

  • We may cover return shipping, or

  • You may be responsible for the shipping cost

This will be communicated during the approval process.


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any worn, washed, or altered apparel

  • Sale items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Coaching or training programs

  • Swimwear, undergarments, or items worn close to the body

  • Limited-edition drops


7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to fast-moving inventory and immediate order processing:

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Please double-check your cart before confirming checkout.


8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a refund is approved and processed:

  • Allow 3–10 business days for the credit to appear.

  • If it has not posted, contact your bank or credit card company.
