SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard processing time:

3–7 business days for in-stock items

7–14 business days during drops, restocks, or high-volume periods

Pre-order or made-to-order items will include estimated ship windows on the product page
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Estimated carrier transit times:

Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by region)
These are estimates only.
TRENCH DEPT. LLC is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or unexpected logistical disruptions.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your tracking confirmation.
4. PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED DROPS
For pre-order or limited-run items:

Shipping timelines may differ from standard orders

Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed
Pre-orders cannot be combined with items that are ready to ship unless stated otherwise.
5. SHIPPING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS (IMPORTANT)
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
TRENCH DEPT. LLC is not responsible for:

Packages shipped to the wrong address entered at checkout

Additional shipping fees if an order is returned to us

Reshipping fees if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be contacted to pay the reshipment fee.
We cannot modify an address once the order has been processed.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

Lost packages marked “delivered”

Stolen packages

Missing items after delivery
If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
If you believe your package was stolen, please get in touch with your local postal inspector or file a police report.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees.
These fees are:

Not included in the price of the item

Not included in the shipping cost

The customer’s responsibility
Customs delays may extend shipping times by several weeks.
We do not refund shipping costs for international packages held or rejected by customs.
8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to fast-moving inventory and immediate processing during drops, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
Please review your cart, size, and shipping information carefully before checkout.
9. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery:

Photos of the damaged packaging

Pictures of the damaged item
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. DELIVERY REFUSAL
If a customer refuses delivery, any return shipping fees or customs charges incurred will be deducted from any approved reimbursement (if applicable).
